Contingency
It is a foolish Haemonculus who does not plan for their own demise. There are no foolish Haemonculi.
Tier: 3
Prerequisites: Soulcatcher
Aptitudes: Willpower, Fieldcraft
Effect: The character can record their own soul using the Soulcatcher talent. In the event of death, their soul can attempt to find its way back to the recorded echo by making a Willpower test once per day, with the difficulty determined by the GM. On a success, the true soul subsumes the echo and takes its place. If the echo has been implanted in a host, the character may then immediately assume control of the body and return to life.

Master of Pain
Even the youngest of Haemonculi have subjected themselves to unimaginable tortures in the name of curiosity, affording them an unrivaled intimacy with pain that even other Drukhari can scarcely comprehend.
Tier: 3
Prerequisites: Toughness 50, Willpower 50, Student of Pain
Aptitudes: Toughness, Willpower
Effect: When the character fails a Toughness or Willpower test to resist pain or stunning, reduce the degrees of failure by half their characteristic bonus.

Mortificator
All Haemonculi have extensive experience vivisecting life forms collected from across the galaxy, sapient or otherwise. Accordingly, they gain particular insight in how best to take such creatures apart.
Tier: 3
Prerequisites: Field Vivisection (Ballistic Skill or Weapon Skill)
Aptitudes: Intelligence, Offence
Effect: Whenever the character performs a Called Shot using the Field Vivisection talent, their weapon is treated as having the Bane (X) Quality for the target's species.

Soulcatcher
The most infamous of the Haemonculi's abilities is the art of resurrection. This profane yet miraculous act serves as the key to their power in the dark city of Commorragh, for only the Covens are able to offer the dying an escape from Slaanesh. Though all Drukhari desire to attain their own life insurance, few mention — or care — the cost such an act has upon their souls.
Tier: 3
Prerequisites: Forbidden Lore (Warp) +30, Medicae +30
Aptitudes: Intelligence, Knowledge
Effect: The character can record another living creature's Warp signature, creating a shallow echo of their soul in a process that takes 12 uninterrupted hours of work. Should the target later die, the character can return them to life using the echo to pinpoint and retrieve their soul from the Empyrean. This procedure requires an Arduous (-40) Medicae test and lasts 1d10 days, reduced by the degrees of success. The difficulty becomes Punishing (-50) if the target has been dead for more than 24 hours and Hellish (-60) if dead for more than a week. On a success, the target is returned in perfect health, with any missing organs or extremities fully restored (though possibly scarred or otherwise disfigured). Creatures resurrected in this way immediately gain 1d10 Corruption Points, reduced by their Willpower bonus, even if normally immune to Corruption. Resurrection can be performed even in the event of total bodily destruction, in which case a genetic clone is created for the soul to inhabit; this can potentially result in the loss of cybernetics and other bodily augmentations.

Student of Pain
No Haemonculus can resist subjecting their own body to experimentation, usually in excess of even their favorite subjects. Most learn how to minimize their recovery time and simply embrace the pain.
Tier: 2
Prerequisites: Toughness 40, Willpower 40
Aptitudes: Toughness, Willpower
Effect: After undergoing surgery, the character calculates their recovery time in hours rather than days. Additionally, their Fatigue threshold for all characteristics increases by 2.
